Instructions for Replacing the Cover: 1. Unhook the top cover by unscrewing the three screws on the back. 2. Lay the unit face down and insert a flat head screwdriver between the bottom charging prongs. 3. Push the flat head down and forward to unlatch the top and bottom housings. 4. Make sure all screws and the on/off button are accounted for. 5. Line up the tab of the thin on/off button with the slot in the new cover and lay the rubber stopper above the button. 6. Reassemble the front part, ensuring all internal components are in place. 7. Tighten the screws back into the housing firmly. 8. Before use, check that the appliance is working properly.

Instructions for the Axis Shield: 1. Remove the drop top skeleton by sliding it out of the top housing. 2. Hook the U axis shield to prevent hair from being pulled or torn during use.
